Cough Drops....Your Best Friend And You Didn'T Even Know It.

It happens to us all. A craving hits. You can't seem to stop yourself from eating whatever unhealthy food you think you "need". My solution? Cough drops. Pop a menthol cough drop in your mouth. Trust me when I say NOTHING tastes good following a cough drop. I use this at parties as well. I'll eat the healthiest things I can put on my plate and when I'm done, pop in a cough drop. It usually does the trick. I hope it works for you as well.

Keep a supply of sugar-free menthol cough drops in the car, at your desk, in your purse/pocket, or anywhere you send a lot of time. If you get the urge to nibble on something, suck on a menthol cough drop. It will temporarily deaden your mouth and tongue, giving time for the craving to pass.
i have found that if i let a few close friends know that i am working on myself, i am more motivated and positive with the situation and more apt to stay on track. When i didn't tell anyone, and attempted to do it myself, friends didn't know and offering me a large piece of cake or donut was nothing. Now that those close friend know that i'm working on myself, they don't offer me the big piece of cake but offer encouragement instead. Keep those close friends closer during this time.
Friend's support is a great way to lose weight. They are great motivators and positive influences in your journey.
This method had been tested by many people, and found to be one of the best methods to stop cough. Cut off the top part of the orange, put some salt into the orange, and replace the top part. Steam it for 10 minutes and eat all the flesh including the juice at the bottom of the bowl. May not taste very nice, but cures your prolonged cough in days.
