Cook several meals for the upcoming week. I cook at least 2-3 different meals (and usually 2-3 of each meal and put extras in freezer) for the up coming week and all you have to do is add your veggies!

If you got only five minutes to workout than take those five minutes and put them to good use other than saying theres no time. Busy for the week on the weekend cook your meals in advance. Its the little things that count and can make all the difference in the world
My husband has dedicated himself to getting healthy as well and since he is out of town during the week, he cooks meals for me on the weekends so that I can stay on track. I no longer eat fast food...I eat good, healthy, home cooked, and delicious food cooked with love!
