Simplifying My Nutrition Tracker Food Groupings

Numbers come hard to me, especially calories. emoticon I've learned to label my food groupings with the calories involved as well. For instance, instead of (milk and cereal), I now have "Milk and Cereal 195." I have a food group named "GLOP" which is now "GLOP 250." By listing the calories with the food group, it's easier for me to remember how much I'm eating without having to go into the collection itself. (I haven't tried this with my "favorites," but that's next.)

  • I have learnt the same thing from my leader and I do this all the time,
to keep me motivated and it sure did or does help me and my mom doing this,
I put Labels on everything I bag them in baggies and post the points on mine,
and it has help me to lose #60 lbs. :) emoticon - by SUMMER_299
At one of my weight watcher meetings The leader suggested putting sticky notes with the calories listed on your shelf and fridge staples. it is kind of helpful. emoticon - by GMALOLO
