I would procrastinate about walking every morning. Now I just do it before I do anything else in the morning and it is done!
Wearing my workout clothes to bed helps, too. A T-shirt and sweatpants with socks works. I just slip on my workout bra and workout shoes and go! If you are worried about your hair, just pop a ball cap on or put it in a ponytail.

Pick up one piece of trash per day for a beautiful community
Do you love your town? Does it make you a little sad when you look around and see that other people have littered carelessly? Just pick up one piece of trash every day and you will make a difference in your community. Maybe others will see you do it and they will start doing it too!
I started doing this a few weeks ago and now I pick up about 10 pieces of trash every time I walk my son to school. It's really starting to make a difference. The walk gets more beautiful every day!
