when i grocery shop, I shop for only half of the week or week max. I buy fresh fruits and veggies on sale, and those are the items i use for the week. This not only mixes up the foods i am eating, it keeps my taste buds guessing.This way im never bored with healty food and dont waste freah fruits and veggies i didnt have a chance to get too. This use to happen alot.
Far as unhealthy snacks those stay in the store, so if i really want to cheat i have to go out and do so. living on the third floor that usually doesnt happen:-)
