I always choose the furthest bathroom away from my office so I have an excuse to get in at least 5 more minutes of walking in my day! And drinking lots of water helps, because then I have to go every 30 mins! That's a lot extra walking!

To move more during the day, be inefficient. Bring in your groceries in one bag at a time, use the bathroom upstairs when you are down, take the stairs, park far away. Walk to the store, pharmacy, bank etc. Pace while food warms up in the microwave. When folding laundry, walk each item to the dresser, closet or bathroom. I even pace as I fold for additional steps.
