Add 4 walnuts to protect you heart or flax seed. Berries for even more fiber. Steel cut oats are denser. Good Carbs.

I did learn the hard way it doesn't do to well in the microwave, made a real mess. From now on I'll cook it on the stove top as the directions suggested!
