I discovered Carnation Instant Breakfast packets at the gym when they gave them away for free in the locker room. I happened to have a 16.9 oz bottled water and shook it up on my way to my car. I felt great after! I only buy two boxes/year. One of the variety pack and one lower sugar. So... when i'm below my goal of 6 cups of water/day- i mix half a packet and the water is down in a minute and I'm saving 1/2 the calories. I personally think we pee out most the added nutrients.
I use other brands of shakes and supplements. I like Alive! Apple cinnamon and the single serving trial to go packets at whole foods market or gnc. When it comes to hot cocoa packets, they are loaded with sugar! I occationally mix them with coffee instead of creamer- saves storing a bunch of things
