Drink A Glass Of Water First.



When you're feeling hungry and are fighting the urge to snack, go drink a glass of water. Wait 10-20 minutes, and if you're still hungry, go eat a healthy snack. If the water filled you up, you just saved yourself some calories.

    Hey, I had this problem and tried so many things. Different things work for different people and I was lucky enough to find one that worked for me. I lost 18 pounds in one month without much exercise and it's been a life changer. I'm a little embarrased to post my before and after photos here but if anyone actually cares to hear what I've been doing then I'd be happy to help in any way.

  • I add a packet of Crystal Lite on the go to a bottle of water and add a fiber supplement. It makes me feel full and I eat less. emoticon - by FIONUALA7
