Avocados curb Appetite...reserchers from The Department of Nutrition at Loma Linda University found that eating 1/2 avocade can slash you appetite 40% They also explain an avocado has 12 grams of fiber and have super healthy fats that can kill cravings....they also stated improved insulin sensitivity after daily intake of 30 g of mixed nuts.

Good for Diabetics and Dieters alike..try avocado toast, in tacos, salads, as a dip...1/2 Avocado topped with a soft boiled egg...it's yummy!

    I love Avocado's. I also love it with whole wheat toast spread a 35 calorie triangle of Laughing Cow cream cheese on it and then avocado. Delicious.
