When I decided that I had to lose weight and get healthier I had several visits with a hypnotist. We worked on helping me to commit to healthy eating most of the time, tracking what I ate, staying at my calorie goal and moving every day. This is a lifestyle change that I've stuck with since October 2011 and down 80 pounds.
While the hypnosis helped I think the real secret is not looking at this as a diet. I went on lots of diets in the past and then went off the diet and gained back the weight. For me, there are no good or bad foods. I choose to eat real food, lots of plants, and less of it most of the time.
