Never tell yourself you made a mistake, you really just gave your body a greater challenge and your mind more motivation to work harder in the gym! Calling yourself out on double snacking or what not will only bring you down and ruin your mood with your friend or family when really ther is nothing you can do but to work harder in the gym and/or let it go. Stay Positive! :)
