Skinny Meatloaf..Use Oatmeal Instead Of Bread Crumbs

Skinny Meatloaf
1lb of Jennie O 99% fat Free Ground turkey
1 medium red onion diced
1 large egg lightly beaten
1/3 cup of Old Fashioned Oatmeal
2-3 Tablespoons of Steak Sauce or Kitchen Bouquet Browning Sauce
1/2 Tsp. of thyme or oregano, black pepper
Minced garlic to taste
1/4 tsp. of ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. of Cayenne
Mix all together and form a loaf..bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with a few tablespoons of Tomato sauce. Makes 4 servings.

    This is the exact recipe that I have always used. I love it and so does my Mom. Whenever I make it, I call her to let her know.

I will often mash white beans and mix it with the ground beef--more protein and fiber too!
