Take a front, side & back picture once a week. Try & stay in the same pose & place but change your clothes around! Name each photo with week & weight.
Save pictures in a folder on your desktop, upload to Spark People or you can even use a picture editor to combine all three pictures side by side & set the current picture as your profile picture on Spark People or set as desktop wallpaper!
The pictures allow you to see your progress in toning & weight loss instead of relying on the scale!
This works better than weekly weigh-ins because you can see the results of your hard work!

As your hand is reaching into the fridge or the cabinet for a snack picture yourself entering the item into the nutrition tracker. Picture your calorie total for the day. Taking the time to think may mean the difference between eating that item and not. Sometimes the craving is stronger, but still it means your are making a mindful choice.
