Sore muscle pain is common after exercising, it usually means your muscles are getting stronger. DO NOT STOP EXERCISING!
There is a couple of things that you can try to relieve some of the soreness. First of all know your limit! don't overdue it. Then, try a warm epson salt bath, a gentle massage, and make sure you stretch for at least 10 minutes before and after....After a week or two the pain should go away.
