When you have eaten more than your recommended calories or skipped a workout or ate that full bag of chips, don't beat yourself up! Still be sure to track whatever you ate, but move on. Everyone slips. Everyone! Keep your overall goals in mind (go over them after the slip-up) and look forward to the next day. No matter how many times you "fall", you can always get back up and still be successful.
