Write a Thank You note to anyone that is helpful, inspirational, or kind. Write a note to yourself, the check-out clerk, the mail deliverer. Perk = the time spent writing is time not mindless munching. It's learning to be in the moment. Bless another and you bless yourself. Be well.

I actually wrote my notes in and color coded The Spark. Now when I review it I see highlights helpful. Pink=Facts/Research; green=something to do; orange=Spark Originals; Yellow=things to cite; blue=my notes &imput. Do your own way. But is is helpful.
Just keep going...don't overthink it, if you don't feel like working out or tracking your food. Just do it!!! Write a note after tracking you're fitness, reflecting how you felt before, during and after your workout, you can look back on it and 'just keep going' 334 when you're feeling low and like you want to stop.
