Now that I'm not going to the gym, I went to my Exercise Tracker and swapped out all the gym stuff foe every exercise that my health issues will allow. Since there are about 3 dozen, I can choose 10 or so to do each exercise day. I really enjoy doing what my body can do on any given day. I find that even on non strength exercise days, I'll do some through out the day and it is now fun to exercise.
I use: hand weight's, resistance bands, the wall and a chair.
I made sheets of paper with a number on each sheet. The number represents how many days left I have to reach my goal. On the bottom of each sheet is a motivating sentence. I write my daily weight and what i've eaten on each one then at the end of the day I take that sheet off and put it in the back so when I do reach my goal I can look back at each sheet and see where I started and how much has improved since. Seeing it there in black and white first thing in the morning makes a huge difference!
I have it hanging up on the wall at the end of my bed so I see it every morning.
