I Keep A Notebook Of Things That Motivate Me And Add At Least One Thing To It Daily.

This Sparked Me!

Some pages are collages of pictures I like. Another page has inspirational quotes. I keep a gratitude list and add things I'm thankful for often. I also keep my bucket list in the notebook. There are lots of journaling activities I have done in the notebook as well. I doesn't matter what it is really; if it motivates or inspires me, it goes in the notebook. There is something about a paper journal that makes me feel good.
