I Keep A Notebook Of Things That Motivate Me And Add At Least One Thing To It Daily.

Some pages are collages of pictures I like. Another page has inspirational quotes. I keep a gratitude list and add things I'm thankful for often. I also keep my bucket list in the notebook. There are lots of journaling activities I have done in the notebook as well. I doesn't matter what it is really; if it motivates or inspires me, it goes in the notebook. There is something about a paper journal that makes me feel good.

One of the most helpful things I found is tracking every bite I put in my mouth. Having neither the need nor the discretionary income for a Blackberry, etc., I bought one of those little pocket notebooks & used that to track what I ate. Lunch was always a remembering thing & I often forgot a bowl of soup, salad, or even a splurge from the snacks brought to work. I've had a lot more control over total calories since I started using the notebook because I can adjust dinner calories to compensate.
Start a fresh journal with the opening page being what you expect of yourself and what goal you'd like to accomplish during the duration of this notebook. I like to use notebooks that aren't too thick, so I can start a new one more often. 41 The goals can be as simple as you like. One thing you can accomplish on a daily or weekly basis that will take you towards being the best you can be.
I keep a daily planner book. I write everything I have to do during the week. I like to add easy to accomplish things to my daily schedule (such as "go to the gym") It feels great to cross things off. Every time I work out I put a sticker on the day (if you don't have stickers draw a big smiley face) then I write what I did during my work out (such as "30 min carido, arms") It's a great way to keep track of your work outs and to motivate yourself!!
