From the time I wake up to an hour before bedtime, I choose to be active vs. not. This little modification is helping me add in extra steps walked and a little extra exercise seemlessly.
Examples of how I do this:
1) Park at the far end of a parking lot or garage
2) Choose activities like swimming vs. sitting at a lawn concert (where I might also visit a food truck!)
3) When tired or bored at work, I get up and walk 5-15min, esp. around 2-3pm
4) Invite friends to walk + catch up
