They say "you're only one workout away from a good mood"-SO TRUE!.
I've never regretted working out- doesn't have to be a sweaty session- a short walk, a short core workoutif pushed for time.
I have however regretted NOT working out & not woken properly that day, or I've kept a headache longer.
I'm not saying go hell for leather every day- just get SOME EXERCISE IN and reap the benefits long term
