Get up and move around every 45 minutes when I am at a desk.

I am often posted at a desk in my job and find that if I don't move I feel terrible. I make an effort to move every 45 minutes, even if I am only pacing in the office. I feel better and my energy level rises to help me get through the day without the need for stimulants. emoticon
