Use one notebook to hold EVERYTHING! I was always losing random scraps that I had. I'd make a to-do list in one notebook, jot down a recipe in another, etc. Now I put everything in one. Life goals, to do lists, recipes to try, random phone numbers, pictures I like in magazines, random thoughts...
With everything in one central location, I know exactly where to find everything (Like, where did I put that name of that coffee shop I wanted to try??). You can always move items to a "final" resting place, like putting a recipe in your recipe book once you actually give it a try.
Trying to get in up to 60 minutes per day of activity can be daunting as busy as our lives are but I find that even 10 minutes of activity at a time counts toward my goals. There has actually been some research done that showed three ten minute sessions of cardio are as beneficial as thirty minutes.
