Put in the goals to donate or throw away an item each and every day. The spark points will motivate you and every day you track your other goals you will be remembered to get an item out of your house, apartment or room.
This way it will neither seem to be a poject to huge to be coped with and you do not have to donate entire weekends to it! Every thing will get tidy constantly and you will love it.

One of the ways I stay active on spark people is to use the spark streaks. Logging on to spark is one of my streaks and because I do not want to break it I have logged on just about every day. Even if I do not feel up to sparking I will log on and that gets me going.
