As I have read before, drinking lots of water helps in weight loss. Sometimes when I think I am hungry, I will grab a bottle of water to drink. One trick I use is to add a flavored fiber powder. and that seems to help. You can have your cake and eat it too.

    I've started adding flavored fiber powder to my water too. It adds a little taste to the water and helps me meet my fiber and protein requirements for the day too. I use the K20 which gives me 5g of each.

    In answer to Sunrise--The best place to find it is at Wal-Mart. I use the orange flavor of Benefiber. It is the best.

    Good comment. How do you force yourself to drink water? Maybe the water in our area just doesn't taste right but I have to force myself to drink water. I get plenty of fluids but drinking 8 glasses of water a day is tough.
