This isnít exactly a secret but itís easy to miss the very useful Search option on the Start page (& some others). Itís at the top of the page just to the right of the SparkPeople logo. I've found many relevant articles, blogs and 'targeted' information such as pre-meal info on specific cuisines.

There is a wealth of information here at SP and all you have to do is open the door and go for it. The more you know and understand, the easier it is to make good decisions that will help you to be successful.
Use the search box at the top of each page to find specific information. On your SparkPoints page, click on "Read an article," for some great information on every topic. Other info can be found when you click on the health articles and the SP staff blogs.
