Get up at the same time everyday. If it's a running day, run. If it's not - do something else productive around the house. This keeps my sleeping patters consistent and makes it easy to get up for my workouts!

I find that when I workout in the morning I have more energy during the day and thus do not need the four cups of coffee loaded with sugar and cream.
It's hard, but I find that if I exercise in the morning I feel motivated to be healthy for the rest of the day. After a good morning workout I eat healthier all day, drink more water, and feel more energetic. If I wait until the evening, I snack during the day and think to myself 'I'll make it up later tonight when I workout'. Then I'm too tired and discouraged by the time workout time comes around.
