Watching TV really makes the time pass. During the commercials I either run or walk much faster. This breaks up the exercise and I break a sweat too. emoticon

  • I haven't used my treadmill in a while. I just think it's kind of boring. I used to watch tv or listen to music. I'm thinking I should just put it in the computer room. I could watch youtube while working out. That might be something a bit different. hmmm - by CECELW

I did this some years ago and it really helps time to fly by fast. I love the watching tv on www.hulu.com. You can catch up on your favorite tv shows and see others you never thought about before. It's pretty cool. - by RIVES522

  • Always a good idea to use those extra minutes this way. You'd be amazed at how much you can get in during those long commercials. Don't even need any equipment. - by PROPMAN1
  • Great idea. I usually DVR right past the commercials but I might have to do it differently after reading this. - by JENNY888
