Everyone ususally thinks does not help, but, that is far from the truth. Last week I walked almost 14,000 steps in one day and guess what? The next day I weighed and lost over 3 pounds, imagine that???? Walking does work. It has for me. emoticon

    I totally agree with you! I may not have lost weight like that but I have walked between two to six miles in a day last year for a week and when I measured at the end of the week I saw several inches gone! I was so happy! I just started to walk again after almost a year of not doing anything, I am looking forward to seeing inches lost and pounds going away as well! Kudos to you for sticking with the walking thing, most people just don't understand how much it really does help! emoticon

    I totally agree, I just started back walking again and I've noticed a drop in weight this week as well. I haven't measured but I was able to fit in a pair of old jeans so I know inches are gone as well. emoticon
