Fast Food - Not A Problem

When I'm out running errands and won't be home for lunch; I avoid the fast food drive through by packing a healthy meal (sandwich or salad ) in an ice filled cooler which I keep in the trunk of the car. That way I'm not tempted by french fries or chocolate shakes.

    Even if you do go to a fast food place... you can enjoy the hamburger or chicken...just DON'T eat the bread...stay away from ketchup, and DEFINATLEY NO FRIES! Alot of places are offering more healthy options these days, fruit and veggies.
