I'm always looking for ways to add more steps to my daily step count. I take the stairs instead of the elevator, I take the LONG way to any destination instead of the short cut . Every single step counts and they add up quickly! 321
There are pedometers available for every budget. Investing in one that suited my needs was a great motivator because I can see how much progress I am making every single day!
Even if I can't work out, well especially if it's a day I think I might not get to work out, I always try to add as many steps as possible to my day. I do not use a pedometer, but I follow these few simple things to add to my day, I park as far from the door as possible, I walk up every isle 104
I always return my cart, every time I have to take steps i walk up and down at least one extra time, I vacume each room twice, when bringing in groceries I only bring in one bag at a time, I water my plants with a quart jar (it takes me about 60) you'd be surprised how much these can add up306
