Don't waste the 2 minutes you spend brushing your teeth! Stand on tippy toe and do calf raises, or clench those stomach muscles... Muscles are just being lazy if you're just brushing your teeth! In case you keep forgetting (like I do) a dry erase marker can write your reminder on the bathroom mirror

    I do that when I'm cooking too. I also add deep knee bends, yoga tree pose. Every little movement helps!

    This is a great idea. I also do a little dancing while doing dishes or cooking. Just keep moving is great emoticon
