Nothing ground-breaking, but... Spend the time researching tax breaks. If you give to a charity, you do a good deed and you qualify for tax write-offs. There are also tax write offs for going Green, such as trading in your "clunker", etc. Finding these tax breaks can save you some serious cash.

I've been buying a bunch of inexpensive items to keep my body healthy. Holistic type things. So you'll see several product reviews in the next couple of days. This back stretcher is curved & padded that you lie on. Nothing too high, just enough to feel your vertebrae "breathe", relax, and separate. I have a healthy back, and I like to keep it in shape. I also use the large exercise ball for some back stretching. Feels great.
Runs about $11 on Amazon w/free shipping and no tax.
I used to scramble to pay life insurance once a year or car insurance twice, because it wasn't a bill that came due every month. Now I make a list of every bill like that, add up the estimated costs & divide by 12. I save at least that every month to cover those bills.
My list includes: life, home, and car insurance, property taxes, school taxes, estimates of federal, state, & local tax. I add eye-glasses every-other year.
I'm paid weekly, my BF check is direct deposit...mine is not. Each week I take out "me tax" for example say your take home pay is $350...10% of that is $35. So, put that amount into your tin Now, really if you are strapped use a smaller percentage out but, make it per pay check no matter what.
Also, all change I find I put in my pocket and when I get home it goes into the tin. If you "just can't afford it" think to yourself for a minute....It's a tax...the tax man takes his cut, so, why not me too? And budget based on your total income already subtracting the "me tax" Then, u wont notice.
