When you want to be successful with your fitness routine, find something you love to do. You will stick with it longer. When you love to do it ..you are less likely to become bored.
It becomes something that you enjoy doing for a longer period of time. It become a pleasure to do.

    I agree 100%! I go to Vegas 3 times a year and I like to be fit and have energy and just "feel good" when I'm there. The theory being that I will have a little more fun, be able to stay up a little longer, I'll handle stress a little better etc...
So about 4 to 6 weeks out I go into training for the trip. I'm talking actual training, I eat right, run every day no matter what and I also get myself ready financially. So, in a backwards way, Vegas is actually good for me and you don't get to type a sentence like that very often!
