Recently I started the mindless eating that occurs as your stress builds. Once I recognized it - I could deal with it - by packing carrots, celery, humus - and increasing my B-complex. Stress didn't go away, but now I could deal with it in a healthy manner. emoticon

    Very resourceful! Baby carrots are my go-to emergency snack. And the B's...yes! Good idea!
