Having a good breakfast every morning sets me up for eating well the rest of the day...Every Sunday evening, I make a batch of oatmeal or plain yogurt with fresh fruit parfaits and pack it up in single serving reusable containers. I also make a dozen hard boiled eggs for my husband and I for easy access to healthy protein for snacks or to round out my breakfast.
THINK OF OTHERS OFTEN AND REMEMBER THAT MANY PEOPLE ARE WORSE OFF THAN YOU ARE. BEING OVERWEIGHT GENERALLY IS BROUGHT ON BY NOT HAVING ENOUGH EXERCISE AND ALSO BY EATING THE WRONGS FOODS.
I usually get up late in the morning, and instead of having a good breakfast, have a brunch. I find this to be an unhealthy practice because then I only have dinner that day, which results in 2 meals instead of 3. I'll have to try better to get up earlier.
