In order to maintain the weight you are currently at, you need to stick pretty close to what you are doing now. The way to do that is to keep tracking. Sure, you'll have an off day here or there for Aunt Jenny's birthday or Cousin Joe's graduation, but for the most part you'll be right on track!

Getting it right, finally. I read the book "Women, Food and God" by Geneen Roth. It has become my Bible, along with "The Spark". I have always known that food played a very obsessive role in my life...the book explains those obsessions and how to overcome them...just reading the information brought me to tears. I am grateful everyday for those who can bring us out of our insanity without therapy. I now eat to live not live to eat. I track my food and plan my meals and it is enough....
