I love, love, love this yogurt esp. because it is organic. It tends to be a little more pricey...
... and hard to find (in my store) but I find it is worth it for breakfast or snack on my really busy days! Very low fat but good protein when I get headache-y. I love the vanilla, blueberry and plain which I add fresh fruit to or a quick squirt of honey.

If you're like me, you have trouble getting enough protein, but you love your carbs. Try switching out regular yogurt with the Greek kind. Fat free, still some good flavors, and usually double the protein of the regular stuff!
Oikos & Yoplait are two big companies that make some good varieties of Greek yogurt.
I use Oikos or Fage plain Greek yogurt (1 C), & add 1 tsp of real vanilla extract, two packets of Splenda, & 2 tbsp of Polaner Sugar-Free Strawberry Preserves with Fiber. It stirs up into a very thick, yummy, satisfying dessert with very high protein, low carbs, and low calories.
Oikos and Fage, in that order, are the two yogurts with the highest protein and lowest carbs.
