When I feel I can't do anything anymore, I jump on the treadmill and start running as fast as I can. Once I'm almost out of breath, I stop and I feel so much better (and the sprint helps boost my energy).

When you have that urge to give up during exercise push harder because your goal is more important than the in the moment pain. Once you are pushing harder and you feel you can't do it any more push even harder because by that point you are usually almost done anyways.
