Going to hook up the pump for the garden and filling the pool. May 19th the pool will be open and as soon as I can get into it I will swim. I was doing 50 laps in a 38' by 18' until my back went bad. 10 degenerating disc from neck down to spine. I could only do 5 laps last year but this year 10, 15.

If your asking me why cardio is important,it is because cardio extends your afterburn effect wich helps you burn fat.Resistance training also has the effect but it only has little of that.So do cardio now.
