I found these amazing thin chocolate cookies called World Table Chocolate Cookie Thins at my grocery store. The serving size is 7 cookies and it's only 130 calories. They melt in your mouth and if you eat them slowly they will kill ANY chocolate urge!! They're not a diet food so they don't have that crappy diet chocolate taste either :)
Rather than fight a craving for chocolate, I decided to ENJOY my chocolate. The difference is that I don't eat LOTS of chocolate. I get Dove squares or Hershey's Bliss or some other brand of little squares, and allow myself 2 or 3. I put ONE in my mouth and let it melt. Instead of wolfing down a giant candy bar, I get maybe 70-150 calories and a longer chocolate experience, I have been working on one bag of squares for over 2 weeks now!
Another advantage to the squares is that I can allow myself even just ONE when I get a craving. Without so many calories, it takes the edge off the crave.
