I agree, when I follow this advice I always do better. If I log in on a bad day, it gives me motivation to start the next day off strong. If I log in on a good day it makes me feel really good about myself.

I have my home page set to Spark people so that every time I get on the computer, I see it. Some days it makes me feel guilty, other days, it motivates me. But, as long as I keep it right in my face, it helps.

I agree completely. It used to be that if I overslept and didn't run in the morning, I would feel like there was no point to logging in. But when I did log in, even with no fitness to track, I feel like it keeps me accountable and I always get something out of it.

I completely agree with this strategy. I try to check in every morning and evening so that I stay honest with myself about what I'm doing. Spark People is working for me, but only when I'm here. If I stay away for a few days, the bad habits creep right back.

LOG EVERY ITEM OF FOOD AND DRINK AND LOG EVERY ACTIVITY PER DAY
Sometimes when I have a bad eating day, it's tempting to just not log it. Why bother? I know that I went over my goals! But I have found that logging the bad stuff helps me to get it off my chest, and then I can move forward and get back on that wagon that much quicker.
I LOG EVERY BITE EVERY DAY THE GOOD BAD AND THE REALLY UGLY, I AM ALWAYS HONEST NO MATTER HOW BAD IT LOOKS. SOMETIMES I DON'T WANT TO LOG THE EXTRA CANDY BUT WHO AM I HURTING OR CHEATING JUST ME.
