  • This helps me a lot! I put in my breakfast and Lunch in the morning before work and then before I leave work at the end of the day, I check it again and make any adjustments based on the day and then plan my dinner before I go home. That way if I need to stop at the store, I can. I log in one more time before I go to bed and make any changes and finish the tracking for the day. It's made a huge difference! I plan ahead, but still leave room for changes along the way. - by MISSLAURA1226
