It's not always possible to always stay on the "straight and narrow" path of eating "perfectly". Sometimes life happens and we indulge in foods that are not "on the plan." When this happens, my best advice is to "Own it...track it...and move on."
There's no sense in beating yourself up for enjoying that cake...margarita...whatever! Just know that you have to fess up...account for it...and adjust accordingly to move back to "center"...whether it's adding on some more exercise...or eating a little less tomorrow.
