I make certain that I drink my water. Every afternoon before making dinner I have a "hungry time". So I make a point of having a snack and a tall glass of water. This tides me over and keeps me from snacking while I'm cooking. I like to add a slice of cucumber, mint, or lemon to my water.

I recently bought a "PURE" water bottle with freezer stick and water filter system. Its a 32oz bottle with the water filter inside. I don't like tap water and have spent a lot of money on bottled and when I found this buy for $10.00 I thought it was a steal the filter is supposed to last for 300 fill ups. The water taste great.91
