10,000 Steps

I try to get at least 10,000 steps every day. I find these things have helped me reach that goal: I pace while talking on the phone and when doing laundry I hang the clothes one at a time instead of a bunch at a time (walking back and forth to the closet) and I also try to walk every day.

    Walking 10,000 steps daily is the best exercise and very good for the bones too!

    I try to get 10,000 steps a day also, sometimes it is quite a chore, but if it takes running around the house before I go to bed, I do it, I always wear my pedometer, and try to get at least 200 steps every morning making the bed, I walk around it 3 or 4 times, just to fluff a pillow, but it is a game, I enjoy doing.

    birds of a feather!when im doing laundry and put away each stack as i fold. I hang each item and put one thing in my closet each time.My husband asked why are you doing that? youre taking alot of steps...aha moment for him!
