This Sparked Me!

I found this to be a great way to step up and motivate your exercise routine. I am Sixty years old and going strong. I'm the thinnest in my class.(Smile Smile) Do your routine in front of glass mirrors in your bedroom or hall. You workout with your best friend. I've lost 30 lbs. in 5 months.

I am also reading labels now, and more conscious of what I am eating. I enjoy being a member of Sparks. Thankyou for everyones input with living a healthy lifestyle.
