I just learned that I can access these e-mails and get points without receiving them! I used to wait and get my one point for the e-mail and 3 points for the recipe! I need to learn more about my Sparks page!

I discovered that whenever I ignore Spark emails, even when I continue tracking, I tend to go off track. So now, every time I feel like eating something terrible or skipping Zumba, I read a Spark email, look at sparkpages, read success stories, etc. I know it sounds obvious, but it really makes a difference to me to keep my goals at the very front of my mind! I can't ignore my unhealthy decisions when there's a picture of someone who lost as much as I want to right in front of me.
I have done the 'weight loss routine' for a really long time. Spark People has yielded the best results. It's good to sign up, but it's another thing to be an active participant. Join teams, get Spark Buddies, send Spark Email, read articles. Be an active participant and you will succeed!
Every day during the work week, I get in early. I use my extra time to Spark. I read my Spark email and login. I record my nutrition. I track my goals. And then I browse my teams topics. This "ritual" brings me back to positive if I am not in a good mood already.
