When I start losing focus, I can look at the Reports to see if I really have been consistently working towards my goal. Do I need to up the cardio, cut a few more calories or see if certain days of the week (like weekends) have been trouble spots? It's all there for you!

I keep track of my previous 7 days worth of Calories, Fat, Carbs and Protein and "judge" myself on those figures rather then daily. In keeping with Sparkpeople goals and agenda, these figures over time are more important then daily. Too bad they don't add this feature under daily nutrition reports or when running the end of day nutrition report.
My best friend who is a track and cross country runner told me about doing the Lying Abduction (or Adduction) exercise while you read. But you can do it while watching TV as well. I love doing this because then I feel more time-efficient!

I just added the Sparkpeople.com droid app for FREE! It has all the basic features of the site, like nutrition, fitness, reports, and more. It's wonderful on the go or on a trip when I can't use my computer. It helps me keep on track. Love it!
