Be your own best friend. Not the kind of friend who secretly wants you to fail but the kind of friend who is gentle and kind to you and will take the spoon out of your hand and tell you to talk it through. Be nice to yourself like you would be to your best friend. You completely deserve it.
Would you pick a best friend who beat you up? No. When you fail, do as your best friend would do and look at the positive of what happened. Recognize your own achievements and cheer yourself on. You deserve to be your own true best friend and to build yourself up as you go on this journey.
